Warranty
CNA International Enterprises Inc. (“CNA”) warrants that its products against failure due to defect in material or workmanship as per the following product categories:LED Products: 2-5 year warranty starting from the date of sale to the end customer unless otherwise specified in product specification sheets. 10 year warranty on our LED Exit Sign products.
CFL Products: 1 year warranty starting from the date of sale to the end customer.
Warranty for our Distributors & Retailers: Should a failure occur during the warranty period, it is at the sole discretion of CNA to either replace the product or credit the customer’s account. Credit will be based on current distributor price list or invoice dollars, whichever is lesser. For product replacement, this does not include any freight, removal, re-installation, labour or equipment costs. Warranty will only cover products that have not been subject to accident, neglect, abuse, misuse or acts of God.
Warranty for End Customers: For warranty claims, please contact the distributor who sold you the product. If you want to make a warranty claim directly, you must send back defective product (freight at your cost) , original receipt, and indicate RMA# (contact CNA for RMA#). Replacements will be freight prepaid by us.
General Return Policy
CNA accepts product returns with a 20% restocking charge provided that returned goods are new, unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition. Freight for returns is paid by the customer. Always contact CNA prior to any returns to get a return authorizing number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Discontinued products are not eligible for returns.
