CNA's dimmable LED products are designed to work with FORWARD PHASE / LEADING EDGE load type dimmers. If using a programmable dimmer, configure it to Forward Phase / Leading Edge mode — many dimmers ship preset to Reverse Phase / Trailing Edge by default.
